The main reason why the PSS software was developed and employed since 1992 was to design and to comprise Multi-Project Management techniques.

Projects can be grouped into departments and executing units. On all of these levels, status reports may be obtained for Multi - Project - Management.

Every project is divided into smaller, sub-projects; into sections and sub-sections. Each of this level has its own input, cost and budget data, object data, etc.

Special reports can be obtained from Multi-Project-Management such as color-coded status reports and charts.
